How to order?

  • Add items to cart
  • Checkout (make sure to provide accurate shipping address & reachable contact numbers)
  • Order summary and payment information will be sent to your provided email address/Instagram handle
  • Settle payment and send us a copy of confirmed proof. Unsettled orders will be cancelled after 2 hours
  • Check your Email/Facebook/Instagram for shipping notification
  • Receive your package
  • Tag us on Instagram & Facebook!

RETURNS

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Next Trend Marketing/Fashion Triad will not be held responsible for any costs arising from the result in a returned item.

We strongly recommend returning items through a traceable mailing system, as any returned items that are not received by Next Trend Marketing/Fashion Triad can not be issued a refund/exchange.

Be sure to allow sufficient time for your returns to arrive to us within our returns period.

Conditions: 

  1. We allow exchange if item is not damaged. Exchanges only. We allow refunds if item received is damaged.
  2. You have 7 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase.
  3. Next Trend Marketing/Fashion Triad will not be held responsible for packages that are delayed, stolen, lost, or heavily damaged in transit.
  4. We do not accept returns/exchanges on FINAL SALE CATEGORY ITEMS.

Take note:

All products must be returned;

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free items given must also be returned

IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.

PROCESSING TIME

Once received by us, please allow 5 - 7 business days for your refund to be approved and processed.

DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS
We always pack our packages securely. Please do not accept packages that have been opened/damaged during transit.

Please submit a return/exchange ticket within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order preferably with supporting pictures so we can determine the next course of action.
SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on final sale items, sample items, and items sold as damaged.
