Please be reminded that our warehouse is located in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. 

Orders shipping to Metro Manila areas, lead time is 1-3 business days after courier pickup.

With orders shipping to Provincial areas, lead time are as follows after courier pickup:
5-7 business days for GMA + Luzon areas
7-10 business days for Visayas + Mindanao areas

Please expect delays during unforeseen weather conditions/government community quarantine lockdowns.
 
Do you offer same day pickups?
Yes, we do! Just click on Grab Express on the shipping tab and send us a message thru our online channels.
Pickup orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed.
Booking can be made by us or by customer.

Same day pickups are only available on Mondays-Fridays (9AM-4PM only)
We are closed on regular & special holidays.
